WATER FITNESS
This aquatic class is for individuals who wish to participate in an exercise program to benefit cardiovascular fitness. Water Fitness is an aggressive, shallow water workout mixed with upper and lower muscle strengthening and toning exercises. Along with a proper diet, this program will help you to lose inches, lose weight and feel great!
30 minute cardiovascular training
30 minute upper/lower body toning
