3-Year Old Classroom
We have two three-year-old classrooms with 2 lead teachers and 4 assistant teachers. Our lead teachers are Casie Corbin and Cari Huante who is a bilingual instructor. Our assistant teachers are Brooke Walton, Ariel Whittaker, Haley Wisham and Sam Morris. This class is divided into two classes; 20 children in 3-I and 22 children in 3-II. Both classrooms teach the children the months of the year, the seasons, colors, numbers, etc. and how to write their name. Teachers are getting these 3-year olds ready for Pre-K. The children are also learning how to interact with their peers in a positive way. The 3-year olds go on an average of two fieldtrips per month. In addition, they focus on a community helper each month along with a community service project.
