Rich Gallagher


Rich Gallagher began working for the YMCA at age 15, starting out as a lifeguard folding towels and also serving as camp counselor. After graduating from high school in Birmingham, Ala., he went on to earn a Bachelors of Science degree from Evangel University in Springfield, Mo. He later went on to work at the Y in Tifton and Columbus before becoming the COO and Executive Director and later the President and CEO of the Georgia Mountains YMCA in Gainesville, Georgia. Most recently, Rich has served as the Executive Director at Siskey Family YMCA in Matthews, NC, a position he held since 2013, and has more than 9 years of experience in fundraising, board development, and effective programming that serves the needs of the community. Rich and his wife, Tricia, have four children.



Chief Financial Officer

Lynn has been a member of the Moultrie YMCA staff family since she was 12 years old! During her time at the Y, she has worked in PrimeTime, gymnastics, sports, and aquatics. She currently serves as the CFO of the YMCA where she oversees all government grant funded programs, accounting functions, human resources and business operations. Lynn graduated from the University of Georgia in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration.  Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband Chase and daughter Hayley.


Kambria Blakely

Gymnastics Director

Kambria was hired as a full time Competitive Team Program Director and team coach by the Moultrie YMCA in late 2014. She was named Moultrie YMCA Gymnastics Director in 2017. Bria was a state, regional and national champion during her illustrious USAG, YMCA and GHSA high school career. She graduated from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN in 2014, with a degree in psychology. She was an All-American on floor and vault, and won the collegiate floor championship, and was named top female athlete in any sport at Hamline, in 2014. Since returning to Moultrie, she has coached the MGs to a National YMCA Championship and two second place YMCA National finishes.




Kristen Brogdon

After School Age Child Care Director/Child Care Center Director

A native from Moultrie, Kristen graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Middle School Education. Upon returning to Moultrie, Kristen began her work at the Moultrie YMCA’s Child Care Center in 2008 as the Assistant Director and lead teacher in the 3-year old classroom. In 2010, Kristen became the Early Childhood Director and carried out the daily tasks of running the Child Care Center, as well as writing the educational curriculum for the Center. In May of 2012, Kristen switched roles and became the After School Age Child Care Director. She manages the Y’s 9 PRIMETIME After School Sites and also plans and supervises Holiday and Summer Day Camp programs. In 2016 Kristen became the Child Care Center Director as well. She and her husband, Thad, have two boys, Luke and Sam. Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending her boys’ soccer games, and volunteering in our community.


Pat Murphy

Gymnastics Director

Pat joined the Moultrie YMCA family in 1987 as the Gymnastics Director. She previously worked at the Sandusky County YMCA in Ohio, where she was Gymnastics Director for 2 years. Originally from Delavan, Wisconsin, Pat received a BS in Physical Education with a minor in Modern Dance and Health from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. Pat and her husband, Matt, were married in the Moultrie YMCA’s Gymnastics Center and enjoy traveling. She has traveled to 43 states and enjoys taking handstand pictures at her many ventures. At the Y, Pat is able to express her inner child by teaching preschool classes and making gymnastics fun! She is a coach for levels 5 and 6 and conducts gymnastics outreach classes throughout the community. Outside of work, Pat loves running, baking, and photography.


devin WISHAM

Director of Marketing & Development

Devin joined the Moultrie YMCA family in June 2014 as the Development Director. In 2016, Marketing Director was added to her title.  She graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College with a Bachelor of Science in Rural Studies with a focus on writing and communication in 2013. Devin worked with various not for profit organizations including a statewide association for paramedics and other health care professionals as well as a senior care facility.  While Devin is not from Moultrie, she was raised near the Colquitt/Worth County line. Devin and her husband Keith now live in the same area outside of Doerun with their son, Weston, and their two dogs Mossy and Pippa. Devin enjoys hunting, fishing, wood working, and collecting rocks and arrow heads.


Leslie Peretti

Interim Associate Exec.

Originally from New Jersey, Leslie moved to south Georgia when she was 12 years old. She attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and Moultrie Technical College. Prior to joining the Y as a cycling instructor in 2007, Leslie worked at Heritage Church for 13 years. Since then, Leslie served as our Community Outreach/Aquatics Coordinator for four years before being promoted to Membership Director in June of 2012. She also manages the Y’s Adventure Course and has recently taken over the Aquatics Coordinator duties again. Leslie enjoys meeting new people and learning about their lives. Leslie finds joy in caring for her four dogs; Joey, Andy, Molli, and Charlee. She enjoys reading, going to the beach and performing local and foreign mission work. “I love working at an organization that allows me to share my faith in the Lord.”


 Trevor Cohen

Sports Director

Trevor joined our Y family in October 2017. After graduating from Brevard Christian School in Palm Bay, Florida he attended Florida State University for his degree Sport Management. During college, Trevor volunteered with GWMAA, Greater West Melbourne Athletic Association, coaching youth basketball. He also volunteered with the Florida Disabled Outdoors Association as an aide for disabled youth and adults. Trevor brings a great deal of experience to our Y and is looking forward to growing our youth and adult sports programs. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball and bodybuilding.


savannah mothershed

Food Program Director

Savannah joined the YMCA family in June of 2014 as the Food Program Director. As Food Director, Savannah oversees the daily creation of nutritious meals for at-risk students enrolled in our afterschool programs. The USDA’s Child and Adult Care Feeding Program fund the food program. Born and raised in Colquitt County, Savannah attended ABAC and Moultrie Technical College where she graduated with her associates in Early Childhood Education. Savannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and has a passion for antiques and restoration.


Janet David

21st Century Community Learning Center Director

Janet joined the Moultrie YMCA family as the Outreach Director in an effort to welcome Hispanic families to the Y in 2011. Since then, Janet has taken on the roll as the 21st Century Community Learning Center Director in 2014, overseeing after school enrichment sites. Prior to her work here, Janet taught pre-school at her home church, Heritage. Janet has two children, Nicholas and Caitlyn. Janet enjoys taking Zumba classes at the Y, learning and connecting with people throughout the community, and loves working with children.


Misty Trouille

21st Century Community Learning Center Director

Misty became the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) Director in 2010. As the 21st CCLC Director, Misty oversees after school enrichment sites. She and her husband, Dwayne, live in Valdosta, Ga with their five children, Kaylyn, Gage, Garrett, Hayley, and Alexis. Prior to her work in Moultrie, Misty served as the Assistant Gymnastics Director for the Valdosta YMCA for two years. She continues her passion for gymnastics by volunteering with the Moultrie Gymnastics program. Misty shares with her husband a love of photography.



Community Outreach Director

Sarah currently coordinates a grant from the University of Georgia in which she facilitates the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program. Sarah comes to the Moultrie YMCA from Athens, GA, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Public Health in 2012 from the University of Georgia.  After graduating, she worked for the Workplace Health Group as a Health Coach and helped facilitate a workplace weight loss program called FUEL Your Life. She served on the board for Safe Kids Athens as the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Chair and a Child Passenger Safety Technician, where she inspected car seats and educated parents/guardians on the latest child passenger safety practices. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist and speaks Spanish!

Sarah loves to run and has completed the Athens half marathon 3 times.  She played the trumpet in the Redcoat Band for 4 years and loves to cheer on the Dawgs! She also enjoys reading, being outdoors, and serving with her church. Through the Y Mentoring Program Sarah also enjoys spending time with her mentee at Willie J. Williams Middle School who she has followed for the past several years. She and her husband, Brian, live in Norman Park.


Jan Barrow

Mentoring Director

A native of Moultrie, Jan graduated from Valdosta State University with degrees in education and leadership. Since retiring from the Colquitt County School System, she has worked with the Southwest Georgia Community Action Council as an educational specialist and Moultrie Technical College teaching Adult Education.

Jan enjoys spending time with her family, attending her granddaughter's livestock shows, and volunteering with the local cancer support group, MOST.


Kevin Scites

Maintenance Director

Kevin officially began working at the Moultrie YMCA in 2015, but has been an avid volunteer since 1995 when his daughters started gymnastics. Prior to his work at the Moultrie YMCA, he was an owner/operator in the trucking industry and was involved in the trucking business for 35 years. Being in the business allowed him to travel through all of the lower 48 states and most of Canada. Kevin and his wife Wendy also own a small business installing and maintaining hardscaping and water features such as water fountains, garden ponds and Koi ponds. He is also a private pilot working on his glider rating and enjoys TRYING to play the guitar. To all the gymnasts he is better known as "Mr. Wendy" because his wife, Wendy, has been coaching the MGs for nearly 20 years. When Kevin and Wendy aren't found at the Y, they are most likely cruising south Georgia on their motorcycle.
