Active Older Adults
  • Active Older Adults remain functionally independent longer than inactive older adults and continue to make valuable contributions, which are both rewarding both to them and their communities. We invite you to come and be part of the many opportunities offered to our Active Older Adults.
  • Healthways SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events. SilverSneakers is a benefit offered to members of many Medicare plans across the U.S. If you are part of a Medicare health plan or if you are a group retiree you may already have the SilverSneakers benefit.
Adult Sports
  • Adult Sports offered at the YMCA are organized sports leagues for adults ages 16 and older. Sports offered are Indoor Soccer, Flag Football, Super 6 Soccer, and Basketball.
Medical Based Wellness
  • The Y has partnered with Colquitt Regional Medical Center's Vereen Rehabilitation Center to provide a medical based wellness program. This program is staffed with trained exercise professionals who will assist referrals with an exercise program as prescribed by the Vereen Rehabilitation team.
Group Exercise
  • We offer a variety of classes each week for those that are motivated by a group. Group exercise classes range from the soothing calm of yoga and Pilates to the high intensity of aerobics and cycling! Attending a class with others who are motivated to get fit and have fun will inspire you to keep healthy and try something new every time you come into the Y!
  • The Moultrie YMCA offers a variety of aquatics programs for youth, teens and adults. With swim lessons, lifeguard training, water aerobics, lap swimming and family swim we keep the community healthy, strong and safe while enjoying the many benefits that water activities provide.
Wellness Center
  • The Y is more than just a gym. Our focus in healthy living allows us to offer resources and guidance to help children, adults and families in our community maintain or improve their physical activity, health and wellness.
    • PERSONAL TRAINING - Invest in yourself and receive one-on-one attention with a personal trainer or gather a group of 2-5 of your closest friends to exercise with. Our knowledgeable ACE Certified Trainer can maximize your results and motivate you to take your workout to the next level.
    • HEALTH TRACK - As an alternative to personal training, the Moultrie YMCA has designed a 12-week member-based program that will help keep you on the right track to reaching and maintaining your health goals. For an additional fee, members have the option to meet with a Wellness Coach once a week to weigh-in and discuss their goal progression.
    • Y-FIT - The Y-Fit method of training increases aerobic capacity, muscular strength, endurance and power using a combination of basic weightlifting, running, plyometrics, body weight, metabolic training and functional movements, blended into an intense interval workout. This challenging workout is constantly varied and scalable to athletes of all fitness levels.
