We offer a variety of classes each week for those that are motivated by a group. Group exercise classes range from the soothing calm of yoga and Pilates to the high intensity of aerobics and cycling!
Attending a class with others who are motivated to get fit and have fun will inspire you to keep healthy and try something new every time you come into the Y! With over 40 group exercise classes a week on land and over 10 classes in our indoor heated pool, you will be sure to find a workout that suits your needs.
Schedules may be found in the Wellness Center, in the Group Exercise Studio or at the Front Desk. Schedules rotate seasonally.
All classes are co-ed and open to any member ages 10 years and older. Children ages 10-15 must meet with a Wellness Coach to gain access to the Group Exercise Studio and Wellness Center.
