Membership Information

At the Y, we exist to strengthen community. Together with people like you, we nurture the potential of kids, help people understand and improve their health, and provide opportunities to give back and support neighbors. We offer so much more for our community through mentoring, childcare, school-aged childcare, youth and adult programs, sports and volunteer opportunities. When you join the Moultrie YMCA, you're getting much more than just a membership, you're gaining a community of friends and like-minded individuals whose goal is an all-around healthy lifestyle. So join our cause, and create meaningful change not just for you, but also for your community.

For your safety, all members are required to check in with a YMCA staff member upon entering the facilities.  Scanning your YMCA picture ID makes it easy and fast!

My Y Is every y

Sometimes, it’s more convenient for members to utilize a Y in a different location when traveling, near a workplace or in another region. Now, full facility/full privilege YMCA members have the flexibility to use other Y facilities throughout Georgia, at no extra charge.

Simply present your active YMCA membership card and photo ID at any participating Georgia YMCA and enjoy free access.

Participation in programs outside of the home YMCA will be subject to non-member rates.  Please contact the location you intend to visit for more information.

Group Exercise Classes

With your membership, you can choose from a variety of exercise classes for beginners up to the fitness enthusiast.  Our Y offers traditional aerobics, yoga, pilates, cycling and many other group exercise classes, including ZUMBA® and Kickboxing, all taught in a fun, welcoming environment. In addition to the group exercise classes, our trained wellness staff can help design an exercise program that meets your individual needs.

Family Friendly Programs

Members receive special rates on After School Care, day camp, sports and other programs for children and families.

Strength and Cardio Equipment

Our Y has a variety of strength and cardio equipment for members.  Whether you prefer running on a treadmill, cycling beside a friend, reading while on an elliptical trainer, lifting free weights or using strength training equipment, you can do it at the YMCA.

Quality Child Care

We provide quality child care in our Child Watch while you’re working out or participating in other Y activities for up to two hours per day with your membership.

Swimming and Water Activities

Our facility has a year-round indoor heated pool that may be used for recreational swim or water aerobic activities. Certified lifeguards staff our pools, and our swim lessons are taught by trained instructors.

Open Y

Our YMCA is a membership organization open to all people.  The YMCA welcomes women and men, girls and boys of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, abilities and financial circumstances.  Programs embrace diversity, reflecting the needs and composition of our community.

Financial assistance is available for qualified members through the scholarship program, funded by the Annual Community Support Campaign. We are community based and believe that our programs should be available for everyone. Stop by the member services desk to fill out a financial assistance application.

A.W.A.Y. – Always Welcome at Any YMCA

With a YMCA membership, you’ll automatically become part of the A.W.A.Y. program, meaning you are Always Welcome At YMCAs! Present your member ID card at YMCAs outside our association while traveling to reap the rewards. If you are planning a trip, we’ll gladly call ahead to confirm guest policies in that area.

Financial Assistance

If you are living on a fixed or limited income, your Y membership and programs fees may cost you less through the Y's Financial Assistance program.  Assistance is determined on level of income, family size, and circumstances. It’s easy to apply for financial assistance. Click here for more information.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The YMCA requires 10 days (prior to draft date) written notice in order to cancel your membership.  Memberships are nonrefundable and can be revoked from any person exhibiting inappropriate behavior or abuse of the YMCA staff or facility.  You may change your membership type at any time.
