ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS

Studies have shown that it is never too late to develop strength and that strength is necessary to enhance vital capacity and quality of life as we age. Active Older Adults remain functionally independent longer than inactive older adults and continue to make valuable contributions, which are both rewarding both to them and their communities. We invite you to come and be part of the many opportunities offered to our Active Older Adults.

The YMCA offers a covered dish luncheon for special events quarterly. Look for flyers highlighting these events.
