2012 Team Lean

Team Lean is a community wide weight-loss competition to lose the highest percentage of weight for individuals or teams throughout a 10 week span.
“Team Lean is a great weight-loss program for individuals because it provides that extra support and accountability they need to stay committed to a healthier lifestyle,” said Nick Bennett, Wellness Coordinator at the Moultrie YMCA. “Team Lean is not just about losing pounds, it is about offering participants a new way to look at their health and well-being.”
