Yes! We have a rinsing station outside hosted by the Moultrie Fire Department.

Yes! We will have a mud free, Little Rugged Roundup sponsored by Southern Valley.

We will have duct tape for your shoes while supplies last.

Have fun with your run! Dress up as a group or go solo, just be prepared for your outfit to get muddy.

• Fitness Wave: Must complete penalties PER individual (cannot be split amongst a team).
• Family Wave: Must complete penalties but can split amongst team members. For ex, if penalty is 30 burpees and you have a 3-man team, you could each complete 10 burpees.
• Fun Wave: Well, have fun. No penalties!
