We Have Something For Everyone

People look to live healthier at every age and every level of activity.  Members and Non-Members often cite the support and enthusiasm of fellow participants and staff as key factors of greater well-being. With many classes every week, plus swim lessons, personal training, children’s programs, and so much more, there’s an easy way to find the right programs at the Moultrie Y to achieve your own goals.

We offer classes for all ages, levels, and interests. From low-impact exercise and water aerobics classes, chair classes, stretching, and strength training to indoor dance classes, Pilates, and yoga. Find a group class that’s fun, supportive, and will keep you moving!

The Y provides outreach programs and services locally within the communities we serve. We offer sports such as Gymnastics, Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, and Pickleball. We also have swimming classes for all ages.
